WHERE AND WHEN IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?

Intersect 2019 will be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV, September 8-11, 2019. The event kicks off Sunday evening with an opening reception at the Vista Lounge located in Caesars Palace. The event runs three full days and concludes at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 11.

CONFERENCE FEE?

Attendee fee: 995 USD

July Special: 795 USD (now through July 31)

The conference rate include the full agenda of sessions, breakout meetings, conference materials, breakfasts, lunches and evening networking receptions.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Visit our registration site to purchase your conference badge and arrange for hotel accommodations in the event room block at Caesars Palace.

SHOULD I BOOK MY OWN ROOM AT CAESARS PALACE?

Book your accommodations through the event block of contracted hotel rooms. Find more information about accommodations and how to request a room on our registration site.

WHAT ARE THE ROOM RATES FOR THIS YEAR’S SUMMIT?

The room rate for the event is $239 USD plus tax for Friday and Saturday nights, and $169 USD plus tax for Sunday through Thursday nights. There is also a resort fee of $30 USD plus tax per room, per night.

I’M AN EXHIBITOR. WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE FOR SETUP, AND WHEN IS TEAR-DOWN?

Exhibitor setup is on Sunday, September 8 from noon-5 p.m. Tear-down hours start at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE TR39 PIN SECURITY AND KEY MANAGEMENT TRAINING?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • Up to July 6: 100% refund
  • July 7-August 9: 50% refund
  • After August 9: no refund
